Caught on our Normandy coasts such as the famous sea scallops (Normandy is the #1 scallop fishing region in France). You can also taste oysters (from Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, Veules, etc.) and mussels (including the famous and succulent wild mussel from Barfleur). The smell of the sea, and all of it’s delicacies, is delightful.
